Trust and data practices

Clear information about your account, projects, and payments.

Dice CAD uses established services for account access, cloud project data, uploaded files, and subscription billing. Here is a practical overview of how those parts of the product work.

What happens to information you use in Dice CAD.

These details reflect the services currently used by the application and the controls available inside the Dice CAD dashboard.

Account access

Dice CAD uses Firebase Authentication for email and password sign-in. New users verify their email address before accessing the project dashboard.

Saved project data

For subscribed accounts, project details and saved drawing data are associated with the signed-in user and stored through Firebase cloud services so projects can be reopened later.

Uploaded files

Company logos and drawing underlays, such as PDFs or images, are handled through Firebase storage services and linked to the relevant account or project inside Dice CAD.

Subscription payments

Subscription checkout and billing management take place on Stripe-hosted pages. Card details are entered in Stripe's checkout or billing portal, not in the Dice CAD drawing workspace.

Billing controls

Subscribed users can open Account and Billing from the dashboard to reach Stripe's billing portal, update payment details, and cancel a subscription.

Support access

Signed-in users can contact Dice CAD support from the project dashboard if they need help with the application, their account, or billing access.

Good account practices

Simple steps help protect project access.

  • Use a unique password that you do not reuse on other websites.
  • Keep access to your verified email account secure.
  • Do not share your Dice CAD login with people who should not access your projects.
  • Only upload plans, drawings, logos, or other files you are authorized to use.
  • Sign out when you finish working on a shared computer.
